Project Overview
Partnered with The Lantis and their management to define the visual identity for their debut merchandise collection. This project marked a pivotal moment for the band as they expanded their brand into physical fashion for the first time. The objective was to translate their retro-pop sound into wearable art that felt authentic rather than just promotional. Working closely with the management team, I delivered a cohesive lineup of apparel that captured the band's nostalgic character and successfully set the standard for their future merchandise releases.
My Approach
Collaboration was the heart of this project. I initiated the process through intensive Zoom brainstorming sessions with the band personnel and their manager, Mega. We started by aligning our visual taste using curated Pinterest moodboards to ensure we shared the same retro vision. I adopted a transparent workflow by sending gradual previews for every design iteration. This close communication led to the creation of the "Lampu Merah" Ringer Tee. By blending vintage aesthetics with the song's iconic imagery, we created a standout piece that the band immediately fell in love with.

Step-by-Step Refinement: Implemented a gradual preview system that allowed the clients to give feedback at every stage of the design process.
Debut Collection Identity: Successfully established the visual tone for The Lantis' very first merchandise drop which received immediate approval from the internal team.
